Automated Gateways director Trevor Ellis has a real pedigree after 17 years in automated gates. For 10 of those years Trevor not only taught installers throughout the UK how to fit gates but literally helped write the rulebook on electric gate safety as part of his role as Technical Director at automation distributor CAME UK. He has since combined this knowledge with a reputation for the quality installations combined with friendly service. All our customers are given first class advice on all forms of automation, intercom systems safety devices, anti crush devices, etc… so that they are in complete command of the gates and are relaxed and in control when using the system.

With a rich career as an RAF Technician, much of it spent at RAF Cottesmore, pursuing a career in electric gate automation after serving the UK was a natural choice, and for 7 years Trevor fitted the highest quality automatic gate installations throughout the East Midlands. When the opportunity arose in 2010 to get out from behind the desk and return to the front line of gate automation by establishing his own family run business, Trevor took it with both hands.
